Absences

To report an excused absence please send an email to the following address:

Refer to our Attendance Policy for a list of valid reasons.

Your email should include the following:
    • First and Last Name of Person Reporting Absence
    • Student’s First and Last Name
    • Grade Level
    • Homeroom Teacher
    • Date of Absence
    • Reason for Absence

Arrival:

Elementary Drop-off

* Times: 6:50 AM – 7:25 AM 

* Grades K-5 Students and Middle School Students in Sibling Link only

Middle School Drop-Off

* Times: 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM

* Grades 6-8 Students

* Do not drop off early and only once a staff member is present.

* Maintain a reasonable speed and follow staff and police officer instructions.

* Do not use your cell phone.

Dismissal:

Early dismissal ends at 1:45 pm. 

* Please be sure to be in the front office before this time if you need to pick up your student early.

Elementary Pick-up Times

* Registered K-5 Carpools: 2:00 – 2:10 PM

* Grades K-5: 2:10 – 2:45 PM

Middle School Pick-up Times

* Registered 6-8 Carpools:  3:00 – 3:10 PM

* Grades 6-8: 3:10 - 3:45 PM
